Indian Girl Tarishi Jain Killed in Dhaka Attack
Tarishi Jain a girl from India who has been killed in Dhaka Attack on July 1, 2016. She is a student of University of California in Berkeley. This was confirmed by our indian embassy in Dhaka. The attack was happened at Holey Artisan Bakery in Dhaka.
Sushma Swaraj, External Affair Minister of India express her condolences through the micro blogging site Twitter. She spoke to Tarishi’s Father and arranged visa for Tarishi’s family members and they are flying tomorrow.
Very sad to hear that, Tarishi is only 19 years old and just she passed out from American School of Dhaka and currently she was a student at Berkeley. Sushma Swaraj conveyed her deepest condolences to Tarishi’s father Shri Sanjeev Jain.
While Tarishi visiting the city of Dhaka for her holidays and at the café Gulshan terrorist attacked and took hostages. More than 20 persons were killed at this terror attack. During this attack, six terrorist have been killed and one has been captured, they are identified as ISIS assailants after the military captured them.
After the attack between military and terrorists, 13 hostages has been rescued which includes 1 Japanese & 2 Srilankans, the army officer said.
In the meantime, Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina severely condemned this terror attack. She also added that, all the muslims across the world are observing fast for ramadhan, these isis assailants were killing these innocent people.
She also angrily said that, “What kind of muslims are these, who are killing innocent people during this Glorious Ramzan”. Surely they are not considered as muslims, they are not following the words of Allah, she said.
Sheikh Hasina appreciates all the security agencies for doing the great job by saving 13 people and killing 6 gunmen during the press meet. “We will not tolerate and accept this kind of terror activities on our soil”, she added.
